In response to the dynamic nature of facility management, we conduct monthly training and sharing programs. Facility managers who demonstrate adaptability and can effectively navigate fluctuating demands and unexpected challenges are better equipped to address complex issues for luxury boutiques. Consequently, our FM department convenes nearly every month to discuss various topics and case studies from our projects, including product safety and maintenance process optimization, risk management and standardized operations, as well as air conditioning system maintenance and training etc.

Regular training and sharing sessions enhance the initiative and self-motivation of our facility planners, providing opportunities for them to learn from each other's experiences and applications.

During these sharing programs, we encourage and train facility managers to embrace flexibility and innovation, fostering quick thinking and comfort with change.
